Ingredients

1 1/2 pound Riccotta Cheese
1 pound Cream cheese
2 cups Sugar
6 Egg
1 quart Sour cream
6 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Vanilla


 
 
Instructions
Cream the cheeses well, gradually adding sugar.

Add the eggs, one at a time.

Alternate flour and sour cream.

Add vanilla.

Bake in shallow pan of water for 1 ½ hours at 350°F. Shut off oven and leave cake in for 1 hour more.
