Sesame Broccoli

Ingredients

1 pound broccoli trimmed and chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
2 teaspoons sugar


 
 
Instructions
Steam broccoli for 5 minutes, or until tender; drain. In a small saucepan, combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds and sugar. Heat to boiling. Pour over broccoli and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
